Better result than we could have hoped for!

Sara recently sold our home. But that's an understatement! From the moment we saw the research and strategy they had in place to sell our house, we knew they were the agents for us! Sara, in collaboration with another Lowe & Co agent, Anita Corlett, organised everything for us, and made sure all was absolutely perfect in the shortest time we could have imagined to get our property on the market and showing it off brilliantly. They had great offers on the table within a couple of weeks of it being listed, much better than we could have expected in the current market and at the worst time of year for selling. I was actually overseas when we decided to sell, and I flew in to oversee things, but this was an absolute waste of my time as Sara and Anita were just all over everything! This was the least stressful house sale we have ever had, and considering we live the other side of the world, that is really an amazing achievement. We have friends who always sell their houses themselves, and grumble at the cost of agents. We felt like this, but being overseas had no choice. Now I am so glad we had Sara and Anita in our corner as I am absolutely certain any selling costs were more than outweighed by selling price achieved. They communicated with us regularly, gave us great information after each viewing, and absolutely made the selling process enjoyable and relaxed (I know... seems crazy!). We would not hesitate to recommend them.
