I worked with Mat and Emma for the sale of my Kelburn Property. It could not have gone better. Right from the initial conversation, that set the tone for the way the sale was going to be handled, Emma was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, interested in my views of my property. I could tell communication was going to be honest, balanced timely and useful. I'll admit I thought in the current market this would be a difficult property to sell but it was sold in 16 days and the buyers and I were very happy. All through the lead up to going on sale both Mat(Who handled most of the open homes) and the full team at Lowe were communicating with me to make sure each step was clear and to find out if there was any way they could make the process easier. I was introduced to the team, a week or so before going live, through WHATS APP and from that point on I felt completely informed about where we were in the process, what options were available, what feedback I was getting, when payments were due and how to manage these, what recommendations were available and what were the implications of each. I loved the online staging as it really made the house look its best and I believe it contributed a lot to numbers through the open homes. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
