Great service and communication

I've really enjoyed working with the team. They were really professional and communication was outstanding. Market knowledge was good, although the purchase price came in way below appraisal. However, it's always hard to know what the market will do in the unpredictable climate that we're in! Otherwise, they did a great job, and I will absolutely recommend them!
