It took some time (about a month) before my property sold. It was unhelpful of OneRoof to undervalue my property without knowing the extent of upgrades I made to the property after I bought it about 5 years ago. This was a major setback as buyers did not get a fair idea about the true value of my property. Two properties near my house sold within a couple of days after the first open home for a hefty sum. Of the three properties, mine would stand out much better. Glenn did all he could and beyond to sell my property and I got a reasonable offer in the end.
