Chase Gray and his team were very professional and had done the homework before taking on selling our property. Chase presents himself well with his appearance, personality and knowledge of the property market, plus listening to and addressing any client concerns. His marketing advice was excellent with a very open honest approach that gave a clear understanding of what we should expect. The final negotiations for the sale were carried out in a professional manner and not demanding. Perhaps a 4.9-star rating would be a more accurate score for Chase as he did a great job selling our property.

We had an excellent experience with Craig & team. We were initially listed with another company but switched to Lodge after failing to sell after 3.5 months. Craig was very approachable, and his team was efficient and effective with communication. We were kept up to date with upcoming open homes + private viewings, who had been through, and the feedback from each prospective buyer. He also personally helped get the property looking in top condition when he first took over the listing and with troubleshooting issues right up until settlement day. He provided useful advice when presenting us with offers. Should have gone with him from the start!
