Persistent, Helpful and Effective

Kiah was great to deal with. She was persistent without pestering and made sure things kept moving in the right direction even when I was unmotivated. She was very helpful and did a lot of the leg work of solving problems and figuring out information for me. She was always prompt in replies and straightforward in her communication.
