Sue Hall and her team sold my house within days of it going on the market and the sale price surpassed my expectations. Sue marketed my house as a "First Home" and it sold as that, so 10 out of 10 for Sue Hall and her team.

Sue and Donna are incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about the home buying process. Given this was our first home, they provided sound advice around how to put our best foot forward in such a competitive climate and were very responsive regardless of the time of day. Despite the fact they were working with the vendors and ourselves, the degree of professionalism maintained was upstanding, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties involved. Thank you Team Sue for helping us secure our first home!

Sue and Donna are a great TEAM. We met them both about 8 mths prior to purchasing our first home and found them to be relatable, honest, easy to talk to and very professional. Thankyou ladies. Sue you will get our listing one day ( not to soon ) you've sold us our dream home.

We chose Sue to sell our house due to her excellent reputation. The process was made really easy and she listened to how we wanted to sell. She exceeded our expectations on the price we got for our house. Thank heaps.

Firstly I must say that I am reluctant to participate in reviews of service provided as in the past I have had people who have had less than perfect reviews approach me for advice and assistance when their employer decided disciplinary action was warranted on the word of complete strangers who themselves were most probably having a less than perfect day. That said, both Sue and Donna were professional in their duties and relaxed and competent enough to make Jill and I feel completely at ease. After the sale they didn’t stop there and found us a property to buy and while renovations were still taking place they made sure everything was done to make sure we were happy. I would recommend both Sue and Donna to any home seller. They have really gone “above and beyond”.

Sue was very professional and managed to get us over the line despite having a difficult tenant and a buyer with complicated finances. She was patient and kept us updated all the time. She organized the open homes and inspections without any effort on our part. I would definitely recommend Sue and re-use her services.
