Your amazing marketing, photos and selling plan made it an absolute seemless, easy process for our family. The thoughtfullness the whole team displayed with our teens while we were away made open homes etc go smoothly. Setting up whatsapp groups with the kids to coordinate directly with them worked really well. Just shows how good you guys are when you sell a house co ordinating with an 18 and 20 year old with us not in Hamilton. Highly recommend Blair Pointon Lodge Real Estate and Kristina and Courtney if anyone looking to list their property, especially if you have a family involved. We have had amazing results in the very hard current housing climate and they really do go above and beyond

Kristina was great, she went above and beyond to make the process of buying our first home easy. Communication was great and very informative. It was an absolute pleasure having her on our journey to find a home. We would recommend her to anyone we hear wanting to buy or sell.

Kristina, thank you for the awesome job you have done. You went the extra mile for me and my family and always gave us your honest views and opinions during the viewing. In the end, we went with the house you recommended which truly is an amazing find. I would also like to acknowledge your amazing skills in technology which made doing the paperwork so much easier, as I have dealt with other agents in the past who were not so tech-savvy. I would also like to praise your awesome professionalism and patience in dealing with us as I know my dad wasn’t the easiest of people to deal with. I would highly recommend you to our friends and family who are in the market looking for a house. Thank you for everything you have done for us and if you are ever in the neighbourhood feel free to stop by to pick up some avocados.

Kristina was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish with selling our first home. Her attention to detail and expertise made us feel supported and relaxed through the entire process, even when faced with a couple of challenges beyond our control which she was able to turn into positives every time! We really appreciated her communication and patience in guiding us through each step and we couldn’t recommend Kristina more to anyone looking for a super star real estate agent!

This is our first house in New Zealand and we are lucky to have Johnny to help us go through the whole process of the house purchase. He is a very professional agent, collect all requested information for us and put himself in our shoes.
