The first time we had ever sold a property and when we were scoping out which agent we would sell with Blair came across as very professional from the very first call. Blair visited on two occasions, explaining the market and the reality of what homes in the area are going for. He went the extra step in walking around our property explaining what he would do to ensure we get the best price for our property and 'photo ready'. Upon signing the agreement, he lead us through what the coming steps were, when photos would be taken and when it would go live. Blair through his network had people through it on the day we went live, and by the end of the weekend we had our first offer. Communication was great by Blair, Kristina, Ann and the team - with a dedicated text group which kept us up-to-date on open homes, feedback etc. Was stoked to get that sold sticker just after 2-weeks on the market. Now for Blair & Kristina to find us the next family home as our buying agents!

Selling house to move overseas is indeed big challenge mentally and emotionally. But having Sue & Donna is great and big help for me! I feel they are like the family I can reach out in term when I need help especially when husband has to move overseas first.
