This turned out to be a challenging sale, Mutiple offers a sale that fell through, a remarketing campaign and an occupant with emotional attachments to the property which required careful consideration and management. Phan went the extra mile in all aspects, he returned to the home at my request to check on progress when I could not be there, I believe he helped the occupant shift furniture to meet the settlement deadline and he built a relationship with this person that enabled the sale to run through to a smooth conclusion.
