I have been very impressed with Manu. He has been very kind and understanding with my sale, and he has been working hard for me as he knew that I did not want to sell but the sale went through within about 3 weeks so it was not a long time to worry about it.

Couldn't have been more satisfied with Manu. His communication and dedication can't be faulted. Selling in a down market is quite stressful but he was always encouraging. On the market for 4 1/2 months and Manu was there every Saturday and Sunday open homes. At the end of these he always let us know who had attended and what their thoughts and comments were. He also regularly let us know what was happening in the market.
