Being our first move in 50years , John very helpful, patient, knowledgable and very experienced.
We have really apreciated the help & advice we received over the past 18 months or so from John Gavin. John was always available & happy to offer advice . It became obvious to us that he was very experienced. John was very patient with us and in no hurry as he was with us for about 18 months and we were on a very uncertain road.The experience was arduous but we felt we were in good hands.
When getting a sale did not seem to be happening John made some changes to his approach. He even offered to stand aside & let us go through someone else. We declined that as we felt that John with his experiance was on the right path. We had a potential buyer who was hoping to sell his place first. Later John told us to let this guy go as he had another possibility, then suddenly a new cash buyer said he wanted to be in the place in 4 weeks. That made things a bit difficult but with Johns help we got through it all. He even corrected our agent's advice in Tauranga on what day to move out, this plan worked well as we were out of our place & into our new place all an the same day. As this was our first move in 50 years we totally relied on John for advice about when to contact our soliciter etc. We would highly recomend John to anyone who was buying or selling as we know they would be in vey safe experienced hands.
