The first thing I have noticed about Ace when I met him was he was very organized making it easy for us to understand the process. He has also a very calm personality which makes communication a pleasant experience. What we liked about him is he does not pressure us to make decision, he would allow us to take our time on the decision making process but offers assistance if we ask him.
