The house Elaine was selling had a few things that the buyers didn't get told until I was at the house and talked to the new owners. Who happened to be moving in a day before settlement a question I asked about. This was one of the most intense sales I've ever had. So I'm glad Elaine was managing it. The cost of commission was a little high. Shop around first is my advice.
