Lyndsey has been an agent who has worked hard to get results. Excellent Communication skills: keeping me informed as well as offering advice on next steps - there was a long wait between due diligence and settlement due to some prior works needing consent. Lyndsey not only kept me informed but worked with council to keep providing updates so that we could understand when settlement would occur. At times we didn't know whether to laugh or cry, but as a purchaser Lyndsey's professional manner, and dedication to ensuring all parties were on the same page at all times - made this journey so much easier. the selling of our property with regular updates delivered to our letterbox and phone calls.
Our agent carried out a thorough selling program eg online, local papers and local viewing. As far as we have seen the property was well advertised and lots of viewing online and drive byes. The selling price etc was within our price category.
