Ben has a high level of professionalism and a very strong knowledge of the housing market. He is also quite humble which we appreciated. We put our house on the market as interest rates were rising and house prices were decreasing. Ben assured us to be patient and he got our sale over the line without reducing our sale price. Harry Manson also deserves credit for his contributions was great to deal with. Would use Ben and LJ Hooker again.
