Their upmarket approach and style definitely helped us achieve top dollar for our home, within it's area, and at that point in time in the housing market. We were sent regular updates from Marleigh on the efficiency of the marketing / advertising, so we knew which marketing was working the best for our property allowing us to focus effectively. To Whom it may concern We recently engaged "Harvey's Realestate" Papakura to market and sell our investment property in Laurie Avenue - the process was painless as the agency undertook all marketing across all mediums (Trade Me, Property Press etc) as well as their own Web site to give the property maximin market exposure. Harvey's updated me throughout the marketing cycle with feedback on both Buyer interest and Market evaluations. Once the prospective purchaser had expressed interest and a price agreed there were several issues with the property that needed to be addressed to complete the purchase. (as a result of a "Property Inspection" by an independent operator) As a Remote owner (Papamoa) I was not in a position to undertake the work to resolve these them. Harvey's came to the party as they engaged their tame "Tradies" to speedily resolve the Issues at a minimal cost to myself. With resolution came the completion of the sale to everyone's satisfaction.
