Perfect Service from Marleigh
Marleigh and Harveys Papakura marketed our property with absent owners. We were sent regular updates from Marleigh on the efficiency of the marketing / advertising, so we knew which marketing was working the best for our property allowing us to focus effectively. She went over and above to keep the property looking at its best despite challenging weather. She undertook jobs over and above the norm, including, but not limited, to sweeping the decks for open homes and attending to maintenance issues that were required including organising tradespeople on our behalf. I could not have been more impressed by the attention to detail and the service Marleigh and Harvey Papakura provided. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I would certainly use them again if the situation arose.

Harvey's Papakura were across the local market in terms of price and time to sell
To Whom it may concern We recently engaged "Harvey's Realestate" Papakura to market and sell our investment property in Laurie Avenue - the process was painless as the agency undertook all marketing across all mediums (Trade Me, Property Press etc) as well as their own Web site to give the property maximin market exposure. Harvey's updated me throughout the marketing cycle with feedback on both Buyer interest and Market evaluations. Once the prospective purchaser had expressed interest and a price agreed there were several issues with the property that needed to be addressed to complete the purchase. (as a result of a "Property Inspection" by an independent operator) As a Remote owner (Papamoa) I was not in a position to undertake the work to resolve these them. Harvey's came to the party as they engaged their tame "Tradies" to speedily resolve the Issues at a minimal cost to myself. With resolution came the completion of the sale to everyone's satisfaction. "Harvey's" went the "EXTRA MILE" for me to see that the issues were resolved and the contract to completion !! What more can i say - Yes I would recommend Harvey's Papakura to undertake a sale of a property in the Papakura area Cheers Rex Stuart

Hard working agent
