Ngaio was nothing but helpful at every step along the way. Being a first home buyer and not understanding the process was daunting but with Ngaio’s support and willingness to answer any of our stupid questions, no matter the time or country, it made the whole experience seamless. From start to finish Ngaio has been extremely professional, communicative, and gone over and above to ensure that we have had all our questions answered. She happily obliged with all our requests to enter the property pre-sale, accommodated us outside of business hours, and has kept us in the loop beyond a level that we initially expected.
