Steven and Dee were Awesome!

Great Agent - Real Hustle
I listed my unit just as the market started to turn, which led to a tough environment in which to sell. Wayne wasn't deterred and did a great job of bringing people through, finding an interested buyer, and finally getting the sale over the line. Along the way he also managed my expectations with open comms about how the market was tracking, and therefore needing to drop the price below his original valuation. Overall he did a great job and I would recommend him as an agent, even in the tough times that the market is facing now.

Tenacious, Persistent
As the apartment market tightened up (& COVID hit) it became more work to get a sale, Ric continued to have open homes and viewings while many in the industry gave up on properties that were slow to move. He has a good sense of small presentation items that help the overall image of a property, at low or no cost. Also has a reasonable network of trades / suppliers. A good result.

Delivered far in excess of what I was expecting
I have worked with Wayne before so I had no hesitation in asking him to market my property. Right from the start Wayne's experience and market knowledge again became evident. From providing advice on how to prepare and present the property, and through the subsequent marketing campaign and open homes (which saw far more exposure and interest from buyers in far less time than other similar properties), Wayne was a delight to work with. That knowledge and exposure translated to a number of motivated buyers, which resulted in a hugely successful auction on the day - the property selling for way more than I expected. Most importantly - not only was I very happy - the purchasers were likewise ecstatic. A 100% success story driven by a very professional, capable and charismatic agent.
