Within 24 hours the place had a new tenant

I had an excellent experience with Denika and Sandra from LJ Hooker Matamata, who truly went above and beyond. They had my property rented within just 24 hours! Their communication was outstanding throughout the process, and their knowledge of the rental market within the Matamata area helped ensure I achieved the right market value. Professional, efficient and very reliable from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic rental managers.

Took us out of the dark and in to the light

We met Sandra and she has been incredible. Never had an estate agent that has been so kind, understanding and that found us the right place! It helps to have a local of the town, show us around and gave us hope in community again. Incredibly grateful for all of the help and ease of the process. She understood our needs and got back to us straight away, or as soon as she was available. Sandra really has been the light in our journey. She is a genuine person, cares about people and keeps that old skool vibe going where people helped one another. Since we have met her, we have met other lovely people so she set the tone. We never take anything for granted, grateful 🙏🏾

It was a very easy transition from owner to landlord, due to local knowledge of both parties,

The two ladies l dealt with were friendly, had helpful advice and made the new experience of becoming a landlord completely stress free. Their obvious experience , love of their job and professional approach very evident. I never felt hesitant about asking questions, and was very satisfied with the outcome
