I knew I was in good hands the moment I met with Mr Jeewan and his co-worker. He explained everything in plain language for me and family to understand, he had a great plan and did absolutely everything to get me what I wanted. Given the short time for our house to sell, I commend Mr Jeewan's marketing expertise, because we really got great offers (plural) in only 2 weeks. Mr Jeewan really delivered on his satisfaction promise, the entire time. Great communication, patient and understanding, professional and respectful, and was just a pleasure to deal with. On behalf of my wife and children, we thank you and your team, for everything.

When we decided to sell our property we choose to go ahead with Jeewan D from LJ Hooker Manukau as we felt that he is best suited for the job. He recommended a very different and unique marketing campaign which made our property stand out from the competition. The total marketing investment was $7500 but it was worth every penny we spent. When the market is slowing down, when there is more properties competing with each other, this marketing campaign helped to differentiate our property and helped us to get more buyers bidding at the Auction. Jeewan suggested us to stage our property and we were living in a staged property for 3 weeks until the Auction day. Jeewan helped us and advised us in every step of the way and it was a stress-free and hassle-free Auction process. His daily updates on the property marketing helped us to stay informed throughout the process and also helped us to make informed decisions. We would highly recommend Jeewan to anyone who is thinking of selling or buying real estate. You will not find another hard working, dedicated and committed agent to sell your home like Jeewan D.
