Straight forward and helpful throughout the process from first view to possession.
Fairlie is a small market and it is difficult to get a house that ticks all your boxes. Annette listened to what we wanted and pro-actively found a house which was not for sale, approached the owner and we ended up purchasing the house. The building inspection found asbestos in the roof tiles, Annette helped us through the process of testing and re-negotiating. Long Story short we were able to re-negotiate the price to a satisfactory figure for all parties. The roof has been replaced, we are happy!

Purchase of Struthers St
This sale was very quick from veiwing, contract, agreement, and settlement, all done in two weeks. Annette Stanley was excellent in working with ourselves and the sellers. She provided all information needed, communicated well with both parties, and was available when we needed to communicate. Annette with her knowledge and skills was able to point us in the right direction of what we needed to do next as we had not brought a property in some time. She liased with the sellers for us to be able to get a boundary fence put up by a professional once the property went unconditional. All paper work was thorough and supplied at the right time including the code of compliance needed for the fire place. Annette was able to answer all our questions quickly, either with speaking with seller and coming back to us or already known knowledge. We felt Annette was there with us in the purchase of our property. We really appreciated the trustworthy work of Annette and her friendliness. We recommend Annette and LJ Hooker Fairlie to anyone.
