Brilliant Kind Man

I was more than a little surprised to find out that Lachie had helped my Grandmother get the lease for her business/home in the past - especially as I had bought the property for her to live out her last years independently when she could no longer run that business. Lachie was wonderful with explaining all the steps required to market & sell the property. The purchase of the house was my first foray into the market & so it was my first time selling property. His knowledge & approachability was only overshadowed by his kindness. I felt heard & understood. No question was too stupid, my work hours are erratic & he was so kind & understanding of the fact I might be unavailable during normal hours. I would thoroughly recommend Lachie to anyone looking to sell.
