A good experience despite the urgency

We purchased a property listed with Geraldine Hermens. It was a bit of a whirlwind as we first saw the house on a Sunday and the Auction was the following Tuesday. Geraldine was very efficient and effective getting all the information we needed to us ASAP so we could get our ducks in a row. Throughout the process we felt we received clear and honest information with communications from the vendors via the agency. Geraldine also was very helpful in getting us through the property several times prior to purchasing and kindly, after purchase so we could get a start on organisation for moving etc. We absolutely cannot wait to move in.
