•It was our first auction and we were very nervous. Glad one house was before us that night to understand the process. Loved it being Easter for the chocolate thanks. We were fortunate to be in circumstances of being financially unconditional so could have passed on the house. Leanne allowed different viewing times to go back and look at the house with a builder. Her lovely smile brightened my day. Queries were answered in a timely manner and I think she had to move her coat about 4 times while I took pictures. Soooo glad she heard a doorbell too. I knew we weren't going crazy. It hasn't rung since though. Communication is the cornerstone to most interactions being happy. Each house we bought had been empty upon inspection so it was good to know if anything was awry afterwards that there was a process to follow. Previous owners were also lovely by letting us keep the washing machine and fridge/freezer. I reckon, apart from marriage, it's the biggest financial commitment. As time goes on, most industries seem to have paperwork up the wazoo so please thank Leanne for her lovely personality, knowledge and smile to make it a smooth, calm experience. We're doing it up already so are knackered but hopefully the previous owners would be proud. Looking for tenants to suit the home and, as our builder said, "it's in the utopia for location". Thanks LJ Hooker team. Kind regards. Raelene Abernethy
Trista and Leanne were excellent to communicate with and to trust with the sale of our home. The extras which included fresh flowers to stage the house, the assisitance with tradies for the preparation of the house for sale, are just a couple of the extras these ladies provided. The excellent marketing, communication, feedback and ultimately the sale of our home at auction really speaks volumes to Trista and Leanne's professionalism, expertise, integrity and work ethic. They are also lovely people to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough.
