When Jan and myself decided to sell our house we didn’t have a clue where to start or what to do. Geraldine made it as easy and informative as it could be to explain what was required and what was not required. Geraldine’s market knowledge in the area our house was located was second to none and along with marketing recommendations and even legal information and recommendations made the difficult process of selling a house as easy as it could be. Throughout the entire sale period regular updates but not over the top information that we we didn’t want, we were kept informed in a friendly but factual concise manner. When we weren’t sure what to do we always felt we could trust Geraldine’s advice and that was big part of our extremely difficult decision to sell our much loved home with Geraldine and the team at LJ Hooker.
