Great experience – fantastic agent!

When you meet Jason for the first time to talk about selling your house, don’t expect him to bring screeds of pamphlets, chocolates, jellybeans and brochures, or talk about stats and high numbers. What you can expect, is to meet someone who is knowledgeable, professional, has a high level of integrity, and is an excellent communicator. Exceeded expectations!

Prior to selecting Jason, we interview five different agents and chose Jason because he was very professional, straight down the line in his advice and an excellent communicator. He didn't waste time on gimmicks instead focused on establishing a warm and engaging relationship with us. It was always apparent that he was working for us as the vendors and was looking to create the best opportunity for us to get the best price. We were vendors living outside Dunedin and not in touch with local market conditions. He was knowledgeable and able to provide options and choices, explaining each really well. Ultimately he found a buyer and maximised the price they were willing to pay, exceeding my expectations on the property value by a substantial amount! I cannot recommend Jason highly enough.
