Outstanding

We thought we were in the pickle as we gave notice to our tenants around the beginning of February and they had 60 days to relocate. Two days before lock down for Covid19, we rung Trista again to see the lay of the land and we then tried to get the tenants to stay on but alias they found something else. We thought we would have no income on our rental over the lock down. A day before lock down, Trista rung and said she may have someone interested and can she show them around. Of course we said yes and then on the day of lock down in March, she showed them around and within 3 hours she had a unconditional offer for us and greater than what we expected. Job done and dusted and settled during lock down. Perfect and amazing sales skills and communication skills shown by Trista - highly recommend.
