Great Experience all round!!

We have experienced Geraldine as a buyer and a seller. As a buyer, herself and Peter were very helpful and informative about the property they were listing and were very accommodating when we wanted to revisit the house, had questions about the auction etc. They weren't pushy or overly in your face which I appreciated at the time and was a main reason why I contacted them to sell our property. As a seller, she was great to deal with, again, very informative and helpful. Easy to get in touch with and quick with communication and information. I appreciated Geraldine's honesty and calm demeanour, she knows her stuff and is happy to offer her opinion and advice but isn't pushy about making you take her advice, I found that extremely helpful when selling our house, especially with the current state of the market. She also does all the hard work for you, I felt like I didn't have to lift a finger to get our house sold. Geraldine managers to be accommodating and a pleasure to deal with from both sides of the sale, a line which I think is a hard one to walk and a rare quality to find in an agent. Thoroughly recommend!
