Trista is amazing !we were first home buyers .Out of all real estate agents we met Trista is one of the best in Dunedin .Trista was really helpful throughout all the process .Trista was accomodating and her communication to us was exceptional .Trista was able to make things much more easier for us despite the great stress that comes along with first home buyers. We would extend our kind gratitude towards Trista for everything she did and keep up the good work as always you do 😊

Jason and team have stayed in touch with us for a number of years and when it came time for us to sell, we were more than happy to use hi services. Professional approach, everything happened as he said it would, the team backing him up are excellent and we got a fair result in a relatively tough market. Credit to the amount of work they put in, I dont there was ever a point when we questioned if there was enough effort going in, He worked hard for this and the result shows that. Would recommend Jason and his team to anyone who is look at selling.

I would like to thank Jason and his team for the advice and help with not just selling my house but with purchasing my new home. Jason is a true real estate professional and clearly cares about his client’s needs and looks to get the best results for them. Jason has stood by us for many years on our house hunting venture and never tired of waiting for us to make the move to sell. I would highly recommend listing your property with Jason to get the best service. Yours Truly June Oaten

We found Reagon to be very knowledgeable of the real estate market. He has a real flair for technology. He and Toni bring complimentary skills together and make a fantastic team. It was a pleasure working with him and we really felt that he genuinely wanted what was best for us. Any real estate matters we have in future will be handled by Reagon and Toni.

At such a stressful time Toni surpassed our expectations in terms of handling the sale of our property. Her real warmth and kindness made a difficult time far less so. We are really greatful for the hard work and thought that went into the campaign. We will certainly ask her and her son Reagan to handle any future sales. They are an incredible team.

Amelia went above and beyond to get this property ready for sale. She was always very prompt and reliable with all forms of communication, and answered my many questions honestly! She provided marketing recommendations which helped to sell the property in the short time frame that I required. Thank you Amelia & team!

I met Lawrence Schaumann at an open house in Connell Street. He explained everything I asked but the house was not suitable. When 239 Larnach Road became available he let me know immediately and by discussing recent sales and providing information on the property he provided me with everything I needed to know to bid at the auction. Hookers Dunedin auctioneers are all excellent and at the end of the auction I was the successful bidder. Thank you to Lawrence Schaumann, Jason Hynes and Peter Hermens for their support to be able to complete this purchase.

We've known Carol for almost 10 years, and she does not disappoint! Across the years we went to her for advice about the real estate market and she has always been very thorough, providing us with up-to-date data so we could make an informed decision. We have just sold our home whilst being overseas and Carol managed it beautifully, making it a stress-free experience for us. We really appreciate Carol's effective and transparent way of dealing with anything that came up during the selling process. We sincerely recommend Carol as a very reliable and experienced real estate agent.

Jason and his team are excellent and very pleasant to work with. They communicated with us regularly, keeping us in the loop the whole time. The marketing of the house was fantastic. Needless to say, the house sold. Even after the sale, they went above and beyond with everything needed to ensure settlement went on smoothly. We've enjoyed working Jason and his team and will highly recommend them.
