Jason took over the sale of my property when the other agent retired. He communicated clearly what was to happen and then finished the series of open homes and the sale quickly and without any issues. He kept me in the loop and saw the sale through to completion. He went above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent in picking up the other agents workload. I would definitely use him again if I had another property for sale.

We decided to sell our town house as we weren’t using it much and as our other place which was 35 minutes out of Dunedin on the harbour - it seemed sensible to go to just one property .Jason was eager to help us and share what he saw as the best way to prepare for market, advertising and wither to go the longer road or auction. We decided on auction and ours sold in 2 1/2 weeks. 👍 we were recommended Jason by a young friend who was dead right 👍
