Jason was a joy to work with. Living away from Dunedin I was concerned that we would miss something. Jason made regular contact and kept us up to date with progress and viewings. Successful sale
We chose Geraldine to sell our house because, of the agents we approached, she seemed to have the most professional approach to the marketing and sale of houses. Her record also stood out. At the end of the process she managed to obtain a price that was well above the quotable value of the property. I think this is a reflection of her abilty to negotiate a higher price than most agents would be able to. Although it took some time to sell the house, this was due more to the fact I wanted to get a high price so that we could buy a suitable property when shifting to Hamilton. I would have no hesitation to recommend Geraldine to any one wishing to sell their property.

A great Result
Our experience using Jason to sell our rental has made what is normally a stressful time into a very pleasant excursion into the reality world. Jason delivered on all his promises plus gave some excellent advice on how to maximise the sale opportunities. His knowledge of the local market is exceptional. Jason came up with an excellent offer first open home but this didn't dampen his enthusiasm to get an even better offer in the coming weeks. I would recommend using Jason if you are looking for an agent who communicates well and is focused on giving first class personalised service. I highly recommend using Jason.

Perfect outcome!
