Jason was excellent to deal with, he always came back to me quickly with answers to my queries, more information etc. He called me with a property that matched most of the things on my wish list for a house, we had been looking in the Dunedin area for quite some time and he was one of the few agents that kept in touch with me and presented potential properties to me. His market knowledge is excellent and he was able to accommodate my preferred viewing times.

Jason has been a very friendly and helpful acquaintance. When I first contacted his and asked for a weird timing to see the property he promptly arranged that. At first glance he comes across as a professional person who was very neat and tidy. He showed us around and answered all our questions patiently. He has maintained a good communication through out the negotiation, provided all paperworks as we asked for them. Overall ... fabulous! If I have another opportunity to work with him on something I will be glad to do so.

My sister and I had the privilege of having Geraldine sell our mother’s house in Waverley. As we both lived out of Dunedin we needed an agent who we could totally depend on to do all that was required to prepare the house and complete a sale. From our first meeting through to the completion of the sale Geraldine was very professional but also friendly and personable.
