I found Pam Mulder's approach to the sale of my home, of over forty years, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Together we worked through what needed to be done to get my property ready for the market, and organised a timeline for the sale as well as the method of sale and marketing. Her feedback on responses to the open homes was prompt and informative; she guided me through the auction process (which was very successful!) and even suggested movers and cleaners for a final clean, both companies which she'd had previous good relations with. All and all working with Pam was a happy, satisfying experience . Pam is capable, understanding and trust-worthy. I never once felt pushed nor overwhelmed during or after the sale of my home.

My husband and I think Pam is a top quality saleslady. She gave us a realistic appraisal and brought us a great outcome regarding the sale of the property. Pam's market knowledge is outstanding and we were impressed by her professionalism. She communicated clearly and respectfully, which we appreciated during this time of Covid 19. We thoroughly recommend her to anyone wishing to enjoy a stress-free and great outcome from the sale of their property.

Pam's market knowledge was a tremendous asset and she did a fantastic job selling the property. Despite the uncertainty of Covid 19 at the time, I was very happy that she found the best buyers for the houses. I was emotionally attached to the property concerned but she communicated the big picture to me which set my mind at ease. I thoroughly recommend Pam for her professionalism, her integrity and commend her for the attention to details which ensured that it was stress-free for me and my husband.

Pam was known for being more trustworthy than most and good to deal. So I spent some time defining what I was after in a house and she did a great job of keeping me in formed of what was coming up. This worked out well, it kept me from rushing to buy in a very competitive market and I got a house I could easily modify to be perfect for me at less total cost.
