She never made wild promises that she couldn't keep and the house ended up selling for a lot more that she initially advised we may get for it (her marketing campaign clearly worked well). OMG buying a house without visiting it, in a City you love but don't know that well and at auction, to throw in another madness for the end of the year. Yes all things you certainly should not do!! Though Jason was great at talking me through it, doing a video viewing and filling me in on the current real estate situation in Dunedin.
