Nathan Dixon went through the property explaining all the fine details and talk about the location and community in the area which was really nice and made us feel very comfortable. We went on to leave the property with a spring in are steps and excited about potentially renting the property. I have recently found a nice suitable home to live in through LJ Hooker in Dunedin. This is a lovely wee rental property for myself my son and our little dog. It has been quite difficult trying to find some where suitable in this current rental market, especially having a dog. As most rentals do not allow pets. I had met Nathan a couple of times since searching and found him very professional, yet approachable kind and friendly. I have health issues and Nathan was very kind and understanding to help me find a nice suitable place. Which really makes the world of difference to me. Nathan was great to deal with in the viewing and application process for our new rental. Finding a new home can be stressful especially when there isn’t a huge amount of turnaround time however, thanks to Nathan the process was as easy as it can be! He was on time to the viewing, able to answer all of our questions competently and efficiently flew through the process of reference checking and running through our application paperwork!
