Richard joined the team in 2016 as our Operations Manager. Richard has a background in accounting and finance and over 3 years experience in Commercial Property and Body Corp management. Richard will oversee the day to day running of the Property Management Team.

Nathan is our Leasing Agent, his skillset of an innate ability to select great tenants, negotiate terms, build great relationships with our clients and his drive for sealing a deal makes him very well suited to leasing. As one of three of our property managers, Margaret is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the management of properties, including; interviewing prospective tenants; property inspections; rental assessments; maintenance and rental arrears. Having her own investment properties, coupled with over 22 years property management experience, Margaret is the ideal property manager.

Neville has been with LJ Hooker for over 17 years and has 27 years property management experience in the Dunedin rental market.
