I found Gerda very professional without the corporate influence of other agents, liked her advice on best way to marketing the property and all times communication was excellent, we were thrown a few curve balls during the sale which her immediate advice was appreciated, with a cooling market we were happy with the end result, also how she went out of her way to sort issues that the new purchasers were faced with, to make everything come together was much appreciated.
