From the beginning, Jo impressed me with her thoroughness in evaluating my property, explaining the process and emphasizing that it is her job to make the whole process stress free - and that's how she made it. She kept me in touch throughout and always gave plenty of warning if someone wished to look over the property on other than pre-scheduled days. If I did get anxious over something Jo was always very patient and explained and put my mind at rest over any concerns. It was great how both Jo and Donna came together at the end to secure such a really good outcome. Thanks.

I have known Jane for a couple of decades and had no hesitation asking her to act as our agent. I find her upfront and she tells it as it is. The last year has been difficult for all playing the real estate game so a quick and clean outcome was unlikely. Jane stuck to it and kept us informed throughout the process and although it took a while, come through with a result. I and family members have other properties listed with Jane and the LJH team and am in no doubt she/they will continue with their tenacity.
