If you want a great real estate agent who is honest, straight up and listens to the client's needs, then Liam Layland is the real estate agent for you. I would happily use Liam again and would recommend him to family, friends and you.

After struggling through 7 unsuccessful sale and purchase offers and a couple of Real Estate agents that where truly terrible, to get to this house and meet Liam and be taken through the house and enjoy his attentive, intuitive but not overbearing demeanour was such a breath of fresh air. From start to finish I can’t fault Liam on anything. 100% who we will talk to if we buy another house or sell this one.

Just want to say how impressed we were with Liam selling our property at 6 Ohuirehe rd Coastlands Liam was professional and very easy to work with. He kept us informed all the way. His negotiating skills were second to none, achieving a very positive result in a very short time. We would highly recommend Liam to anybody selling their property.

Sharnika's communication skills were excellent. She kept me informed throughout the process. As a first home buyer, she made it an easy process. I highly recommend her.

We recently put our family home up for sale privately with no real results. Liam approached us with a fresh perspective. Liam’s no-nonsense and professional aptitude got us the result we were hoping for. Thanks, Liam for making this deal a stress free, easy contract. Thoroughly recommend.
