He's honest; he knows how the market really is, feeds back & doesn't sugar coat. He's quick & responsive; he was always happy and available to answer any query, and never took long to get back to us, particularly during any wobble moments! He does what he says he will do, when he says he'll do it. We were only on the market for a few weeks and got within a stone's throw of what we were after. That's an amazing result in a buyers market with declining values. Liam IS different to all the other agents out there. We're just sorry we can't use him when buying a new house down south!
