Liam and Callum were great to work with. Having been in the industry ourselves Earl and I were always going to be harsh critics but couldn't fault Liam and his commitment to doing a great job. Value for money with lower fees than most of the other agents in town but without cutting any corners. Would highly recommend .
Liam came up with a sale option for my rental property that was tenanted at the time. He worked in well with my elderly tenant being very mindful of not upsetting her in a somewhat stressful situation for her. Liam was great to deal with. We recently purchased another house through a different company and that experience was terrible. Liam was almost the exact opposite to that other agent and he was a breath of fresh air to us. Liam has a reasonably relaxed persona however he is very professional and works very hard towards achieving results. We could not fault his professionalism at all and found him very honest with integrity that was without question. He presents very well, is always on time and a pleasure to deal with. He gave honest opinion on where he saw the property within the market, and gave that opinion sighting evidence based examples. His approach was all about getting the best price possible for us, and he did not try and push us into accepting a deal (which we have had with other agents). His communication with us was top notch.
