Tracey and Te Ataahua were amazing to deal with! They are both absolutely lovely people, the kind you actually want to be friends with! Warm, honest, genuine, reliable and very different from most other agents who I've encountered (who often come across as fake or untrustworthy). But Tracey and Te Ataahua have a beautiful energy about them, and were able to achieve a sale for us in a difficult market. They were always friendly and prompt with their communication, and were happy to provide advice and suggestions throughout the process. I really appreciate the work they put in to get us this result, and would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone looking to sell (or buy) in the area. As a side note, I love the "andCo" branding too. It looks so clean and professional, and all of the marketing materials were stunning. The photographer they used was also a really nice guy, and I loved that he was so open to hearing ideas, and that we were able to actually work together to create a beautiful video of the property and the beach! This even featured a cameo from my girls, which made it even cooler, and a very special memento of our time in the area. Thanks everyone! :)
