His ability to adapt on the fly was essential, as the seller had sent through a badly copied sale and purchase agreement, which the the bank was hesitant to accept. Jeremy came up with a solution that worked for everyone and we were able to proceed without much stress at all. Not only was he very pro-active, he always had a great attitude, which made the whole process seem way easier than I could've imagined. They outlined at the start what they said they were going to do, and they did it. No faffing and unnecessary waffle. They answered our questions and provided us with information promptly.
