Kat was always friendly & easy to talk to. But felt that some of marketing was less efficient than would of liked e.g not easy to find my listing on Facebook. I had regular update emails re open homes & feedback, plus texts but would of liked more "in person communication" Especially once property became unconditional. Felt a little at sea with details at this point. Overall, good experience, & result.
