Commitment and communication

Kat was selected as our agent because from the very first meeting, she was very knowledgeable about the property and its surrounding area. She put forward a case that included us as sellers and answered all our questions without hesitation. Kat suggested actions that were designed to promote the house to its best advantage. Kat never pushed ideas onto us, but rather discussed options and let us decide as to the way forward. During the sale period Kat was active in promoting the house and following up on people who had visited. She also listened to requests from us as to changing viewing times etc. Communication from Kat and her company was efficient and informative. The messages through whatsap and the site set up for the house kept us informed as to what was happening. Again if we had questions Kat was only a phone call away. The sale went through due to Kats efforts and we knew she was working for us to ensure that everything went smoothly. I recommend KC & Co to future sellers.
