Unexpected

As buyers we were not exactly Kat's client but she and her team did a great job keeping us in the loop. They kept in contact from when we placed an offer until settlement day. What was unexpected was the personal touch of a welcome home pack we received with our new house keys. A thoughful package that helped to add some warmth to an empty house.
