Sold! Yay!

Dave was open and honest all the way through the sale process. He was also very personable (I had come across him a few months before when he was selling another property) and I was happy he was part of the team marketing my property. Dave conducted a number of the open homes and gave me prompt calls at the end each time with an update. Dave and the team sold my property in a very challenging market with dropping prices. I was very happy!

Mike made it clear from the start that he was going to achieve the best result he could for the sale of my property. It had been a really uncertain market, with sales values dropping. Mike worked with a prospective buyer over a few months (with Christmas in between), leaving well alone when the buyer needed room and then picking things back up later. It worked really well and, in the end, both parties were very happy. Had it not been for Mike's considered persistence, this result would not have been achieved.
