The Journey

This journey began as what one would assume a normal house sale The market was fluid and the promotion of the property was as negotiated using extensive collaborative knowledge, and everyone was assuming that all would be Rosey as we all thought the property was desirable and pitched at the right price Not to be The agents (Jane and Molly) worked tirelessly to get the job done, open homes for Africa and lots of behind-the-scenes promotion The comms was excellent and very transparent as the sale was administered by trustees A major plumbing failure during the process meant the property had to come off the market During this time and in the initial stages of this disaster Jane / Molly stood up and initiated action that was beyond their call of duty They got the ball rolling for the remediation work (in my absence) which was a champion effort Fast forward 6/7 months the house is looking great again and a sale complete at a very satisfactory price This team are superb, they collaborate, communicate, and do their utmost to get the best result showing professionalism, and determination Outcome?
