The property we were invested in was off the market and Molly went out of her way to contact the sellers to see if they were still interested in selling. We were in Australia at the time and a viewing was lined up a few days after we were home.

Overall, our agents were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We appreciated their responsiveness and the effort that went into getting our property to market. While we would have loved to achieve a stronger final sale result, we understand the market can be unpredictable and appreciate the work that went into the process. We feel that continuing with additional open homes or creating more buyer competition after receiving an offer may have helped maximise the final outcome. That said, we appreciate the work they put in and also genuinely value the relationship we have with our agents.
